4x Soliton SMART-TELECASTER ZAO:
Smart-telecaster ZAO, in use by many global law enforcement and public safety workers, enables secure live video mobile transmission from a remote location, drone or moving vehicle back to a command and control centre.

Mobile and Rugged
Simply attaches to the HDMI output or HD-SDI output of the camera

Encrypted H Live Video streaming

Latest Compression
Uses H.265 HEVC that is 50% more efficient than traditional H.264 MPEG-4 encoding. Provides higher reliability, lower latency and improved video quality.

Mitigate 4G risk
Uses up to 6 SIM cards from different providers that the Zao will “bond” together as a single connection and will monitor in real time the optimal method to split video to each carrier, based on 4G availability on each carrier

Receiving End Options
Receiving end requires HD View, Cloud VMS+, Cloud CVS, or Cloud View.

ONVIF
The receiver end can provide an H.265 ONVIF compliant stream for use with COTS Video management Systems (VMS).

Secure
Can encrypt to AES256 ensuring the live stream is fully secure during transmission.

Highly Reliable even in crowded or low signal environments
Uses internal RASCOW algorithm to optimise video stream based on both the 3G/4G availability and latency required. Can live stream in even the most challenging of 3G/ 4G LTE availability, even as low as 250kb/sec. The Zao goes up to 10MB/sec and is ideal for video with a lot of movement (pursuits etc.) with broadcast quality.
