Professional 1RU rackmount audio and video monitoring unit for broadcast, live production and post-production environments. The Blackmagic Audio Monitor 12G combines built-in stereo monitoring, precision level metering and professional SDI, IP, digital and analog connectivity in a compact rackmount chassis.

Use case: Monitoring of embedded SDI and SMPTE 2110 IP audio as well as AES/EBU, balanced analog and HiFi stereo sources in professional broadcast workflows.

Video / SDI: 12G-SDI input and reclocked 12G-SDI loop output with automatic support for SD, HD and Ultra HD formats up to 2160p60; monitoring of up to 16 embedded SDI audio channels.

IP connectivity: 10 Gb/s RJ-45 Ethernet interface supporting 10/100/1000/10G BASE-T for SMPTE 2110 IP video input, configuration and firmware updates.

Audio inputs: 2 x balanced analog XLR, 1 x AES/EBU XLR digital input and stereo RCA HiFi input.

Monitoring: Integrated stereo speaker system with 2-way crossover and independent stereo subwoofers, front LCD display, dual 27-segment RGB level meters, headphone output and front-panel input / channel controls.

Video outputs: HDMI 4K monitoring output plus reclocked SDI loop output.

Rack format: 19-inch / 1RU rackmount chassis.
